Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc. Tom leads distribution, sales and product development. He also is responsible for corporate and retail marketing, product management and for developing and managing strategic relationships. He has more than 30 years of industry experience and has been with IDI since 1999. A native of Pittsburgh, Tom is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. He is the recipient of numerous industry awards and has spoken nationally and internationally on industry-related topics.
Nikki is head of the Global Relationship Management group, which includes the firm’s National Accounts relationships, Consultant Relations and Institutional Sales. He was appointed President and Head of Global Relationship Management of Ivy Global Investors (IGI) in 2016. IGI brings the experienced investment team behind Ivy Investment Management Company to funds offered internationally. Nikki graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a BS in Economics and Finance and earned an MBA from Washington University Olin School of Business.
Lori is responsible for planning, development and implementation of the organization’s marketing strategies and communications activities, including the development and implementation of materials and services. She has more than 20 years of industry experience and began her career with the organization in 1995. She has experience in several areas, including institutional sales support, retail sales support, web development, and channel management. Lori graduated from the University of Kansas.
Chad has been with IDI since 2004 and currently leads the distribution efforts for the western half of the country. In 2016 he added to his responsibilities, taking on the additional title of Managing Director, NRC, with sales oversight of the non-resident citizen (NRC) in the U.S. He has more than 20 years of industry experience, including work as a financial advisor for a major brokerage firm. Chad graduated from the University of Southern California, School of Business Administration, with a degree in Finance.
Marlene has been with IDI since 2003 and currently leads the distribution efforts throughout the north and eastern part of the country. She has more than 26 years of industry experience, starting on the fixed income trading floor at Trust Co. Bank, followed by tenures at several major firms. She is a native of Atlanta, Ga., and earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels Atlanta, Complexions Contemporary Ballet, the Board of Visitors for Grady Health System, and is a past Board Member of The Junior League of Atlanta, Inc.
Stacy co-heads our National Accounts Team with Anna Barnes. Jointly, they lead a 10 person team charged with developing and managing distribution relationships to increase overall sales and visibility with partner firms. Stacy joined Ivy in 2003 and has held various roles within the organization, most recently, as Director of Business Development. Stacy is a graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
Anna co-heads our National Accounts Team with Stacy Albin. Jointly, they lead a 10 person team charged with developing and managing distribution relationships to increase overall sales and visibility with partner firms. Anna joined Ivy in 2003 and has served in a variety of National Accounts functions, including leading up bank and regional channel initiatives and wirehouse relationship coverage. Anna is received an undergraduate degree from University of Kansas and her M.B.A. from Rockhurst University.
