Amy Scupham is president of IDI, the distributor of Ivy Funds mutual funds and the financial products and services offered by its affiliates, including Ivy Investment Management Company, an SEC registered investment advisor. In this role, she leads wholesale and institutional distribution, sales and product development, as well as managing strategic relationships.
Ms. Scupham joined the organization in 2008 and has held roles in institutional sales and consultant relations, most recently serving as chief operating officer of IDI. She had a key role in building alignment with the firm’s investment management division, while creating a centralized sales operations function focused on prescribed sales processes, training, reporting and systems.
Ms. Scupham graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 1997 with a BSBA in Accounting/Finance.
Ms. Scupham is a CFA charterholder. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Kansas City.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of IDI, Kirby DeMoss oversees Sales Operations, Business Development and Analytics.
Mr. DeMoss was most recently Senior Vice President, Sales Operations and Business Development, where he helped to lead the company’s initiatives related to sales systems, business intelligence along with the associated sales processes and strategy. He was also responsible for providing oversight and strategic direction for the firm’s internal sales team during this time.
A 17-year veteran of the investment industry, Mr. DeMoss began his career with Edward Jones in 2001. He joined IDI in 2006 in a sales role and has served in several sales leadership roles during his 12 years with the firm.
Mr. DeMoss earned his Bachelor’s degree from Truman State University in 2000 and is currently an MBA candidate with the University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business.

Joseph Moran is responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, profitability and performance of Ivy Distributors, Inc. (IDI) broker-dealer distribution channel and for management of IDI’s national channel sales. His extensive experience in sales management, sales development and client relationship management across channels are instrumental in driving the firm’s growth.
Prior to joining IDI in 2018, Mr. Moran was Executive Vice President and Head of Distribution at BNY Mellon Investment Management. He was responsible for overseeing distribution of the Dreyfus retail mutual fund family across North America, including the management of Strategic Accounts and Intermediary Sales, and of key support functions such as business development and client engagement. During his tenure at BNY Mellon Investment Management, he also had served as Head of Intermediary Sales, overseeing a group in the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Private Bank, Bank Trust, Multi-Family Office and Intermediary Retail space.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Mr. Moran was affiliated with Oppenheimer Funds, where he headed Wealth Management distribution and was responsible for the growth and development of the RIA and the private bank channel. He also spent 14 years at DWS Investments / Deutsche Asset Management, where he held a series of progressive sales management leadership positions and ultimately led their Financial Institutions Group.

As National Sales Manager of IDI, Marlene Alexander heads the national sales channel, including directing the firm’s National Accounts group, external wholesaling efforts and oversees the internal sales desk.
Ms. Alexander was most recently Eastern Divisional Sales Manager for IDI.
Ms. Alexander has been in the investment services industry for 26 years. She began her career on a fixed income trading floor and had the opportunity to work for many well-respected firms as an external wholesaler. She joined IDI as an external wholesaler in 2001.
Ms. Alexander earned her B.S. in Marketing from Clemson University.

Geoff Nance is responsible for managing the sales and distribution of Ivy Investments products throughout the Eastern U.S. He joined Ivy Distributors, Inc. (IDI) in August 2018, bringing over 25 years of industry experience.
Prior to IDI, Mr. Nance was affiliated with John Hancock Investments as Senior Vice President, Divisional Sales Manager. He was responsible for managing the distribution of John Hancock Investments mutual funds, ETF’s, separately managed accounts and the Freedom 529 through financial advisors in the Eastern United States. Mr. Nance had been a Divisional Manager for Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Curian Capital/Jackson National Life, and a wholesaler with Fidelity.
Mr. Nance resides in Atlanta, Georgia and is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 24, 26, 63 and 66. He also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM, CRPC® and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designations.
